Development, erection and commissioning of Hydrogen Peroxide concentration systems (90 - 99,7 % H2O2)

WEPA-Technologies did complete commissioning of H₂O₂ concentrator plants for world wide customers.

The capacity of the plants were  25 - 1500 kg / 24 h (90 - 99,7% H₂O₂) starting with 50 - 70 % H₂O₂ – fully automatic, unattended operation is possible.

Availability of the plant is of paramount importance for the customers to guarantee his independence of commercially supplied H₂O₂ with a minimum concentration of 88 %.

The following working packages were supplied by WEPA-Technologies:

• conception process design including safety concept
• detail engineering (process- , control- and electrical schemes)
• equipment purchase
• erection and commissioning
• trouble shooting / maintenance

WEPA-Technologies can deliver stationary plants producing H₂O₂ up to a concentration of 99.7 % and 1500 kg / day on a commercial basis. Reference plant can be visited upon request at a customers site.

Safe and fully automatic, 24 h operability are key features of the plants.

According to transport restrictions of the product and customer requests a fully mobile set-up in an 20 – 40 ft containers are projected.

H₂O₂ concentrator plants are fully adaptable to customers requests.
