WEPA-Technologies did complete in October commissioning of a H₂O₂ concentrator plant for an EU customer.

The capacity of the plant is about 50 kg / 24 h (90 - 91 % H₂O₂) starting with 60 % H₂O₂ – fully automatic, unattended operation is possible.

Availability of the plant is of high importance for the customer to guarantee his independence of commercially supplied H₂O₂ with a minimum concentration of 88 %.

The following working packages were supplied by WEPA-Technologies:

• conception process design including safety concept
• detail engineering (process- , control- and electrical schemes)
• equipment purchase
• erection and commissioning
• trouble shooting / maintenance

WEPA-Technologies can deliver stationary plants producing H₂O₂ up to a concentration of 90 % on a commercial basis at present. A reference plant can be visited at a customers site (capacity: ~ 50 kg / d).

Process technology to deliver up to 98 % is under development  and will be available by late 2016. Safe and fully automatic, 24 h operability are key features of the plants.

According to transport restrictions of the product and customer requests a fully mobile set-up in an 20 – 40 ft container is projected.
